Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR activities for new hires, absences, and leaves.
• Maintain HR database, personnel files, and data accuracy.
• Track and record employee working hours for payroll.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll deductions, taxes, and benefits.
• Manage hiring: coordinate with heads, source applicants, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend offers.
• Provide HR administration across processes and improve SOPs.
• Prepare timely HR reports and related government-mandated documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
