Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building talent pipelines, conducting exit interviews, and implementing the company's performance appraisal system.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with business goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Build talent pipelines for key positions and future hiring needs
• Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for retention improvement
• Implement and maintain the company’s performance appraisal system
• Coordinate with payroll team and ensure accurate employee compensation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Preferable with experience in the Beauty or FMCG Industry that has experience in handling Beauty Ambassadors
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
