Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Specialist to manage general accounting functions and assist in cost accounting activities. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring costs, preparing financial reports, and supporting management in analyzing expenses and production costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and financial reports
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing of accounts
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
• Perform cost accounting tasks, including monitoring production costs, materials, and inventory
• Assist in cost analysis and preparation of cost reports
• Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
