Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support daily HR operations and keep staff productive and inspired. You will work with the HR team on engagement, compensation & benefits programs, and training initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in psychology or HR, and 3–5 years of relevant HR management experience with strong communication skills and the ability to relate to all levels of the company.

As the Human Resources Specialist, you are responsible for providing extra support for the everyday operations of the HR Team. Your role is to guarantee that all employees are kept productive and inspired. Together with your team, you will also be managing various people programs related to engagement, compensation & benefits, and training among others.
