The role is vital in fostering a positive and productive work environment by building strong working relationships between management and employees, while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, local regulations, and labor laws.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supports HR operations and ensures alignment with company policies, processes, and strategic initiatives.

• Assists in recruitment, onboarding, and deployment to ensure smooth employee integration and readiness.

• Monitors performance management activities and coordinates timely completion of appraisals and documentation.

• Coordinates training, learning, and talent management initiatives to enhance employee growth and productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field.

• Proven experience in Human Resource Management, preferably with at least 2 years in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of key HR functions, particularly in employee relations and compensation and benefits.

• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR systems.
