Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience with Employee Relations or Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
• Experience handling admin cases, grievances, and workplace investigations is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive employee matters.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/ERP systems.
• Professional, approachable, proactive, and able to work with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement employee engagement programs and company events.
• Handle employee relations concerns and assist in investigations per policy and law.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code and labor regulations.
• Assist in disciplinary actions, due process, documentation, and counseling.
• Support HR policies, employee handbook provisions, and code of conduct.
• Monitor attendance, engagement metrics, and propose culture initiatives.
• Coordinate with department heads on employee concerns and performance issues.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain records, and ensure compliance documentation.
• Perform other HR, administrative, and organizational duties as needed.
