Job summary

Myvan Properties Development Inc. is recruiting an HR Manager in Cebu City to lead workforce planning, compensation and benefits design, and performance management.

The role focuses on strengthening company culture, driving learning and development, and delivering HR analytics for strategic growth. You will oversee policies, engagement initiatives, and stakeholder communications while aligning HR programs with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years HR experience, including 3 years in strategic HR, organizational development, or compensation & benefits.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, wage regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and competency framework development.
• Proficient in HR analytics, HRIS, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills.
• Professional HR certifications such as CHRP or SHRM-CP/SCP are highly preferred.
• Active involvement in HR professional organizations such as PMAP is an advantage.

• Plan workforce strategies aligned with business growth and succession needs.
• Lead organizational design and ensure clear reporting lines and job levels.
• Develop and benchmark compensation and benefits programs.
• Drive performance management improvement and calibration cycles.
• Oversee training, leadership development, and mentoring programs.
• Promote a strong company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop HR analytics dashboards and provide workforce insights.
• Partner with leadership on policy reviews, labor relations, and HR initiatives.
