Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, HR Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Management or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Experience handling employee relations issues and investigations with objectivity.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretations for designated units.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with managers to improve morale, retention, and work relationships.
• Lead onboarding, training coordination, and employee development initiatives.
• Prepare and present management reports on HR metrics.
