1. End-to-End Talent Acquisition
The specialist is the "gatekeeper" of the company culture, ensuring that staffing levels are met for both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations.
- Volume Recruitment: Manage the sourcing and screening of high-turnover roles such as Service Crew, Cashiers, and Kitchen Staff.
- Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate the Day 1 orientation, ensuring new hires understand the RVD Food Inc. mission and "Malasakit" culture.
- Talent Pipeline: Build a database of "ready-to-hire" candidates to minimize operational disruptions during sudden resignations.
2. Compensation, Benefits & Statutory Compliance
This pillar ensures that the workforce is paid accurately and on time, which is critical for morale in the restaurant industry.
- Payroll Processing: Collate and verify timekeeping data (biometrics) across different branches, including overtime and holiday pay.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee claims for 13th-month pay
3. Employee Relations & Labor Law Application
Acting as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and disciplinary matters.
- Incident Management: Investigate reported violations (e.g., inventory shrinkage, customer complaints, or tardiness) and draft Notices to Explain (NTE).
- Due Process: Assist the HR Supervisor in conducting administrative hearings to ensure compliance with the Labor Code of the Philippines.
- Engagement Initiatives: Execute programs that promote the "Kapwa" spirit, such as employee of the month awards or team-building activities.
4. HR Information Systems (HRIS) & Records Management
Maintaining the "digital backbone" of the HR department.
- 201 File Maintenance: Ensure all employee records—contracts, health certificates, and performance reviews—are updated and audit-ready.
- Data Analytics: Generate weekly reports on headcount, attrition rates, and recruitment costs for management review.
- Process Automation: Identify manual tasks that can be streamlined through the HRIS to improve the "Shared Services" response time.
5. Operational Support & Coordination
Supporting the Training Officer and the broader operations team.
- Training Logistics: Assist in the scheduling and venue coordination for the Management Development Program (MDP) or food safety workshops.
- Uniform & Kit Management: Coordinate the distribution of uniforms and ID cards for new hires.
