Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking an HR Generalist for a remote role, collaborating with the HR Manager to implement compensation, benefits, and policy guidance. The role covers employee relations, payroll, HRIS, and project oversight, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and compliance in a fast-growing digital marketing environment.

The position supports performance management, grievances, and policy enforcement across the organization, with a clear focus on data accuracy and timely HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college graduate in Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 1 year of HR or similar experience.
• Understanding of HR principles and basic HR software.

Responsibilities

• Support managers with employee relations, including performance and policy guidance.
• Investigate concerns, ensure legal compliance, and maintain records.
• Handle payroll, time-off, reimbursements, and compensation-related tasks.
• Draft contracts and manage promotions/employee documentation.

Job description

This is a remote position.

In this role, the primary responsibilities include ensuring adherence to the organization’s policies and procedures while offering advice and support across all facets of the Human Resource Department. Tasks encompass coordinating, implementing, and overseeing the company's compensation and benefits programs, as well as overseeing Human Resources projects and HR Information Systems/databases. Collaboration with the Human Resource Manager is integral to ensure the proper handling of grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support managers with employee relations, including performance, conflict resolution, and policy guidance.
• Investigate concerns, ensure legal compliance, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Handle payroll, time-off, reimbursements, and compensation-related tasks.
• Draft contracts, manage promotions, raises, and employee documentation.
• Oversee task delegation, monitor HR project progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and respond to urgent communication promptly.
• Manage and update the HR CRM system, ensuring employee data is accurate and accessible.
• Coordinate with Payroll and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements

• College Graduate (Psychology, Business, or any related educational field)
• 1 year of working experience in HR roles or similar positions.
• Understanding of HR principles and basic HR software
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of identifying and proposing solutions to HR issues
• Accuracy in tasks such as data entry and documentation
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical standards.
• Has the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, policies, and procedures, as well as adapt to changing priorities and environments.
• A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
• Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
