Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Site Admin Manager based in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines, to lead employee site services and general administrative operations within HR. You will oversee procurement, budgeting, vendor management, and compliance, coordinating with operations and specialist teams to ensure reliable, cost-effective site services.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience in site administration, general services, facilities administration, plant services or a related operational support environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing external service providers.
• Experience in budget, purchasing and administrative controls.
• Strong service orientation and ability to manage multiple employee-facing services simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively across Operations and specialist functions.
• Experience leading administrative or site-service employees.

• Lead site services such as canteen, transportation, housekeeping, employee amenities, uniforms, lockers, and administrative support.
• Manage service providers and vendors to ensure quality, cost-effective service delivery.
• Oversee site administrative processes, including PR/PO, billing, inventory, and compliance documentation.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and identify efficiency improvements.
• Support PEZA coordination, CSR activities, town halls, site events, and plant administration requirements.
• Drive service excellence through process improvements, service-level reporting, and issue resolution.
• Lead and develop the Site Services Administration team while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
