Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Junior HR Admin Manager who can independently manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations while leading an HR team.

The role requires strong hands-on experience across major HR functions, solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and proven ability to design training programs, handle employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and OSH initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Proven ability to lead HR operations and teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and labor compliance.
• Design and conduct internal training sessions for employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Lead performance management, including evaluations and PIPs.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
• Develop and lead employee engagement and retention programs.
• Oversee HR policy implementation, records management, and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports, monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Manage employee offboarding, exit interviews, and documentation.
• Support OSH programs and employee welfare initiatives.
• Coach and develop the HR Supervisor and team.
