Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Human Resources Shared Services professional to perform day-to-day GHRS operations and maintain precise employee records. The role requires coordinating with HRIS and program managers, and supporting various HR systems-related tasks.

The successful candidate will join a hybrid setup in BGC with a US night shift schedule, and a 6-month initial contract that could extend or become permanent based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• HR Shared Services experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day GHRS operations ensuring adherence to service level standards and metrics.
• Administer ServiceCentral resolutions based on assigned access and other HR systems-related support.
• Assist with maintaining accurate employee records including associate personal files.
• Participate in ad hoc projects pertaining to Human Resources and/or office-wide issues.
