Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• HR Shared Services experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
• Ability to use own initiative but follow instruction.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Maintain good working relationships across HR.
• Customer care standards expected.
• Methodical and organized work style.

• Willing to be assigned on rotating shift and North America hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day GHRS operations with adherence to service standards.
• Administer ServiceCentral resolutions and HR systems support.
• Maintain accurate employee records including personal files.
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects and office-wide issues.
• Follow defined GHRS processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Identify opportunities for team efficiency and implement with leader approval.
• Ensure data accuracy and privacy of employee information.
• Monitor team tasks and entry in trackers.
• Develop HR process knowledge to gain credibility across areas.
• Enrich processes and value-added services for internal customers.
• Deliver quality GHRS tasks and process design excellence.
