Job summary

Comrise in Taguig, Philippines, invites applications for an HR Shared Services specialist to support payroll, benefits, and HR transactions. The role focuses on day-to-day GHRS operations and adherence to service levels, with collaboration across HRIS and service center teams.

You'll maintain accurate employee records, participate in process improvements, and help deliver quality HR service to internal customers in a hybrid setup (2x RTO in BGC, Taguig City).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Adminstration, Human Resources or Psychology.
• HR Shared Services experience highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - a must.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day GHRS operations, functions and duties ensuring adherence to service level standards and metrics.
• Administer ServiceCentral resolutions based on assigned access and other HR systems-related support.
• Maintains accurate employee records including associate personal files.
• Participate in ad hoc projects pertaining to HR and/or office-wide issues.
• Follow defined GHRS processes; cooperate on improving efficiency and monitoring workload.
• Identify potential efficiencies and implement with leadership agreement.
• Keep employee data accuracy and privacy.
• Monitor team tasks and ensure proper tracker entry.
• Deepen HR knowledge to gain credibility across areas.
• Improve processes and value-added services for internal customers.
• Deliver quality GHRS tasks and map/design processes with expertise.
