Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in HR administration, employee records management, HR transactions, or HR systems support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation and relationship building.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solutions.

Job description

• Perform day-to-day Global HR Shared Services (GHRS) operations and transactions while ensuring compliance with established service level standards and metrics.
• Manage and resolve ServiceCentral cases/tickets based on assigned access, as well as provide support for other HR systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including associate personal files and HR documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and privacy of employee information and data at all times.
• Follow established GHRS processes, procedures, and guidelines while contributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor workload, team tasks, and completion of assigned activities using appropriate trackers and reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and collaborate with leaders in implementing process improvements.
• Participate in HR-related and office-wide projects and ad hoc activities as needed.
• Provide timely and professional support to internal employees and HR stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and effective support.
• Contribute to process mapping, process documentation, and process design initiatives.
• Promote quality and operational excellence in the delivery of GHRS services.
• Collaborate effectively with HR teams and stakeholders across different functions and regions.

Requirements
