Job summary

Fluor is seeking an HR Reports Specialist to develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports and dashboards supporting Shared Services operations and workforce planning in the Philippines. You will ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and actionable insights from HR systems.

Based in Cebu, the role requires collaboration with HR stakeholders, automation of reporting processes, and preparation of executive-level presentations. A four-year degree and 2+ years in HR analytics are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of work experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, or business reporting.
• Experience in dashboard creation, management reports, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Generate recurring HR reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and scorecards.
• Analyze workforce metrics and trends (headcount, attrition, attendance, recruitment, mobility, diversity, HR SLA).
• Validate data accuracy and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Support audits and compliance reporting.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and business insights.

The HRSS Reports Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing HR reports and dashboards that support HR Shared Services operations, workforce planning, compliance, and business decision-making. The role ensures data accuracy, timely reporting, and actionable insights from HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate recurring HR reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and scorecards.
• Analyze workforce metrics and trends, including:
  • Headcount
  • Attrition
  • Attendance

  • Employee movement
  • Diversity metrics
  • HR Service Level performance
• Validate data accuracy and resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
• Support audits, compliance reporting, and management reviews.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and business insights.

Basic Job Requirements

• This position is based in Cebu. Candidates must be willing to relocate; however, please note that no relocation package will be provided.
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, etc.) and at least two (2) years of work-related experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, shared services, or business reporting
• Experience in dashboard creation, management report generation, and data analysis
• Experience handling large datasets and performing data validation
• Technical skills:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas, etc.)
  • Reporting and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Knowledge of data governance and reporting controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR Shared Services, BPO, or multinational organizations
• Exposure in HR Information System platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
• Strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking, data interpretation, attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to be discreet with confidential company and employee information
• Ability to present data in a clear, business-friendly format
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines
• High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership
• Continuous improvement orientation
