Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of HR reporting or analytics experience.
• Experience creating dashboards and managing reports from HR systems.
• Ability to handle large datasets and validate data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Generate recurring HR reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and scorecards.
• Analyze workforce metrics: headcount, attrition, attendance, recruitment, diversity, HR SLA.
