Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1+ year in HR function.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Basic knowledge of HRIS, HR processes, and service delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong time management and ability to work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to colleague inquiries regarding HR policies, rewards, benefits and processes.
• Process routine HR service requests (employment agreements, verifications, data updates, reporting).
• Maintain accurate case records and update HR knowledge base.
• Assist with HR technology platforms and provide basic troubleshooting guidance.
• Support HR service communications and distribute colleague information and resources.
• Compile service metrics and assist with basic reporting for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery and maintain confidentiality.
