Study Group in Noida is seeking a Senior HR Shared Services Specialist to own end-to-end HR service delivery globally. You will serve as a subject matter expert and partner with stakeholders to ensure HR operations are efficient, compliant, and scalable for growth.

Your role covers benefits enrolment, HR process management, data accuracy, compliance, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, TA, Talent Integration, Finance and IT to drive continuous improvement through automation and Lean methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR operations within a global organization.
• Experience with HR ticketing systems and global compliance.
• Strong communication and data management capabilities.
• Proficiency with BambooHR and ServiceNow HRSD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR services delivery globally and ensure data integrity.
• Guide benefits enrolment and post-onboarding lifecycle processes.
• Monitor local labor law changes and implement compliant processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, TA, Finance and IT to align processes.
• Develop SOPs and deliver insightful workforce reports.
