Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or related roles.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools to enhance HR productivity and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Workday transactions (hire-to-retire) and employee data management.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management systems.
• Strong Excel skills and experience generating HR reports.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Employee Support: handle queries related to policies and processes.
• Process HR transactions in Workday (requisitions, hires, transfers, terminations).
• Maintain data accuracy with audits and governance.
• Use ServiceNow to track and resolve employee queries efficiently.
• Create and manage HR reports and dashboards using Excel.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
• Support transitions and scale HR operations globally.
