Job summary

Arvin International Marketing Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and implement Organizational Development and HR programs that strengthen employee performance, engagement, leadership capability, and overall organizational effectiveness.

You will lead performance management, culture-building initiatives, and oversee Learning & Development while identifying training needs and guiding talent management, succession planning, and career development efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with at least 2 years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong background in OD, L&D, performance management, and talent development.
