Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for security personnel, including guards, supervisors, and specialized security roles.
• Advertise job openings through appropriate channels such as job portals, social media, and community outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for security roles.
• Conduct background checks, reference verification, and other pre-employment assessments as required.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment records accurately.
• Coordinate recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in assessments for security candidates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations during recruitment.
• Liaise with operations managers and supervisors to understand staffing requirements and deployment timelines.
• Assist in preparing employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation for new hires.
• Support HR in generating recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
