Global Staff Connections Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to prepare, analyze, and maintain recruitment and HR data, reports, and dashboards for informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate will handle recruitment and HR data, including headcount, attrition, attendance, performance, and related workforce metrics, and develop dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support management insights.
The Data Analyst is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining recruitment and other HR-related data, reports, and dashboards. The role ensures that HR data is accurate, timely, and presented clearly to support management decision-making.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with recruitment data and other HR data, including headcount, employee movement, attrition, attendance, performance, and other workforce metrics.
Prepare and maintain regular and ad hoc recruitment and HR reports.
Track and analyze recruitment data, including job requisitions, candidate pipeline, hiring status, time-to-fill, aging, and recruitment performance.
Prepare reports on headcount, attrition, employee movement, attendance, performance, and other HR metrics.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
Consolidate HR data from different sources and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform data validation and identify and resolve discrepancies in HR records and reports.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring attention.
Automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting processes.
Provide management with clear summaries and insights based on HR data.
Support Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams with data and reporting requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR reporting, HR analytics, or data analysis.
Must have experience handling recruitment data and reports, including job requisitions, candidate pipeline, hiring status, and recruitment KPIs.
Must have experience working with other HR data such as headcount, attrition, employee movement, attendance, and performance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, charts, and data analysis.
Experience using Power BI or other dashboard and data visualization tools is highly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to organize, interpret, and present large amounts of data clearly.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with HRIS, ATS, or other HR systems is an advantage.
