- Collect, analyze, and report a wide range of HR-related data including employee demographics, compensation, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and workforce analytics.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Compliance and Regulatory Reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations by preparing and submitting accurate and timely HR-related reports to government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations.
- Manage reporting requirements such as EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) compliance, OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) reporting, and other regulatory mandates.
Strategic HR Planning and Decision Support
- Support strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning by providing analytical insights to HR leadership and business heads.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to inform workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, succession planning, and organizational development efforts.
- Translate complex HR data into actionable intelligence aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Employee Experience and Engagement
- Analyze employee feedback, satisfaction levels, and engagement metrics to identify key drivers of engagement and retention.
- Provide HR leaders with insights from employee surveys, turnover data, and performance trends to enhance workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.
Data Governance and Quality Assurance
- Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data through established data governance policies and standardized reporting practices.
- Implement data quality assurance measures to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring decision-makers rely on accurate, trustworthy information.
Technology and System Support
- Support HRIS platforms and reporting tools, ensuring systems are optimized to capture and report HR data effectively.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve system issues, implement upgrades, and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Provide user training and support to HR staff on utilizing HRIS reporting tools efficiently.
Continuous Improvement
- Continuously assess and refine HR reporting processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and relevance.
