Job summary

BizSolv Asia in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, is hiring two recruiters to handle end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced setting. You will manage the full cycle from posting to selection, coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders to fill vacancies efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in psychology or HRM, proven experience in high-volume hiring, and strong English and Filipino communication skills. Immediate start preferred, with a July 27 target date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• Well-versed in the end-to-end recruitment process
• Proven experience in high-volume hiring
• Knowledge of recruitment for clearance operations is an advantage
• Proficient in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and Workday
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Can start ASAP (preferably on or before July 27)
