Job summary

Bioessence Group of Companies is seeking an energetic recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for branch operations and head office in the Philippines. You will manage stakeholders and provide real-time solutions to recruitment concerns, ensuring timely manpower fulfillment across functions.

The role offers a project-based contract for three months with a possibility of absorption, and a competitive benefits package including HMO upon regularization and annual salary increases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or any related field.
• At least 6 months of working experience as an end-to-end recruiter.
• Exposure to mass hiring is an advantage.
• Familiar with the use of social media, job sites, government partnerships, and school partnerships in hiring.
• Excellent people skills.
• Willing to work in a project-based contract (3) three months with probability of absorption.
