Job summary

Philippine Red Cross is seeking a project-based HR recruitment consultant to manage staffing operations in collaboration with the Spanish Red Cross. You will oversee manpower requests, coordinate candidate selection, and support broader HR functions within the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 1–2 years recruitment experience, and strong communication. You will work with chapters to post vacancies, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and prepare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management or related field.
• 1–2 years recruitment experience.
• HR experience in humanitarian or not-for-profit preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment process for staff positions within timelines.
• Coordinate with requesting department and chapters on PDs.
• Post vacancies online, print, and internally.
• Screen and evaluate applications.
• Conduct preliminary interviews (in person, online, phone).
• Provide background checks on candidates.
• Coordinate second interviews with departments and chapters.
• Monitor contracts and expiry notices.
• Maintain applicant records for alternate placement and talent identification.
• Produce recruitment paperwork including contracts and appointment letters.
