Job summary

Activation Machine Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an organized HR Recruiter for a project-based assignment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and initial interviews.

You will post jobs, manage portals, coordinate interview schedules with Hiring Managers, and administer assessments and background checks while ensuring adherence to company recruitment policies. This role is project-based for 1–5 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS/BA Psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science, or a related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Recruitment experience is an advantage.
