Responsibilities

• Manage employee recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, personnel files, and HR records.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other timekeeping records.
• Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate payroll-related concerns.
• Process employee government registrations and benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
• Implement and explain Company HR policies, rules, and procedures to employees.
• Handle employee concerns, requests, and workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
• Prepare HR reports, employment certifications, notices, and other personnel documents.
• Monitor employment contracts, probationary periods, project assignments, and employee status.
• Coordinate employee disciplinary actions and documentation in accordance with Company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Assist with employee separation, clearance, final pay, and exit procedures.
• Coordinate with project management and other departments regarding manpower requirements and employee concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of employee information and records.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
