Job summary

Orro Home in Quezon City, Metro Manila is seeking an HR Recruitment Officer to lead end-to-end hiring. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, ensuring alignment with our values and growth goals.

The role requires 2–4 years in recruitment, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong experience with ATS and CRM tools. You will partner with hiring managers and external partners to build a strong, diverse team.

About the role

Orro Home is seeking an HR Recruitment Officer to join our growing Human Resources team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in building and strengthening our workforce by identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional talent. As an HR Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract candidates who align with our company values and contribute to our long-term success. This role is essential to our expansion and organisational growth, directly impacting the quality of our team and our ability to achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct initial telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare job descriptions and recruitment briefs in collaboration with hiring managers
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview feedback
• Conduct background checks and reference verification for selected candidates
• Assist with the onboarding process, including preparation of welcome packs and orientation materials
• Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior HR staff
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Build and maintain positive relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company recruitment policies throughout the hiring process

What we are looking for

• Bachelor'S degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations in the Philippines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms for candidate sourcing
• Understanding of labour laws and employment compliance in the Philippines
• Preferred: Experience with video interviewing platforms and virtual recruitment processes
