Job summary

ASUS Philippines is seeking an HR Recruitment Officer responsible for end-to-end talent placement. You will manage job postings, candidate assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding, while coordinating with managers and HR for a smooth process.

The role requires deep experience in recruitment, strong communication, and careful data handling in SAP HRIS. Based in Ortigas Pasig City, you will contribute to a high-performing HR team in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
• At least seven (7) years of proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role and 2 years as HR Generalist.
• Familiarity with HRIS system (SAP), applicant tracking systems and sourcing techniques.
• Experience with a recruitment firm is preferred.
• Strong communication, judgment, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment, salary benchmarking, and job offers coordination.
• Coordinate postings, assessments, and interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare and arrange contracts and onboarding processes.

Job description

The HR Recruitment Officer is responsible in the end-to-end and timely placement of talents in the organization. He/she will ensure that suitable applicants are provided for each hiring requirements, collaborate for the provision of the tools upon deployment, and monitor performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment, Staffing & Talent Acquisition

• Monitor headcount, review job description, job level, salary grade and position classification.
• Initiate job posting, coordinate with headhunters (for key positions), and facilitate tie-ups with various institutions or job portals or campaigns.
• Collect applications and facilitate candidate’s assessment - written exam and initial interview.
• Arrange second level and final interview schedule with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checking as needed.
• Prepare salary comparison, propose job offer and discuss to the candidate, negotiate as needed.
• Prepare and arrange employment contract and signing.
• Send pre-onboarding requirements to the candidates and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth on-boarding experience of new hires.
• Conduct new employee orientation, office tour and introduction to the team. Ensure completion of the required new employee trainings based on on-boarding checklist.
• Coordinate with department managers/lead and monitor probationary performance evaluation.
• Discuss regularization or non-regularization notice.
• Prepares, manages, and updates employee data in the SAP HR system. Confirms the accuracy and integrity of all entered data and ensures that information is available in a timely manner.

Training and Performance Management

• Monitor and provide support and guidance on required in-house training.
• Conduct reviews, provide feedback, identify development needs and propose learning programs.

Qualifications:
