Job summary

Habitual Food Inc. in Manila is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for branch and corporate roles. You will source, screen, interview, and assess candidates, while building talent pipelines for critical positions.

The role requires strong organizational skills, fluent English and Tagalog, and knowledge of employment laws. You will coordinate interviews, onboarding, and pre-employment checks, and contribute to improving hiring quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR, with strong recruitment and talent acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for rank-and-file, supervisory, and managerial positions
• Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple vacancies
• Strong English and Tagalog communication skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower request to onboarding
• Handle high-volume hiring for branch and corporate positions
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, schools, agencies, and other channels
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and recommendations
• Coordinate trade tests, hiring manager interviews, job offers, and pre-employment requirements
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions
• Partner with Operations and hiring managers to understand and prioritize manpower needs
• Monitor and report hiring status, manpower gaps, recruitment funnel, and time-to-fill
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and databases
• Develop strategies to improve quality, speed, and cost of hiring
• Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
• Maintain employee records and 201 files
• Assist with attendance, statutory benefits, and employee inquiries
• Support company activities and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with DOLE and employment compliance
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
