Job summary

Orro Home in Quezon City, Metro Manila is seeking an HR Recruitment Officer to lead end-to-end hiring. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, ensuring alignment with our values and growth goals.

The role requires 2–4 years in recruitment, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong experience with ATS and CRM tools. You will partner with hiring managers and external partners to build a strong, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment software; knowledge of Philippines regulations.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct telephone and video interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding with hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS and provide recruitment metrics.
