We are seeking an HR Recruitment Associate (Temp) to join our Human Resources team on a contract based in BGC, Taguig City. This is an indirect hiring for a temporary position designed to support our recruitment operations during a period of increased hiring activity. As an HR Recruitment Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and screening talented candidates to fill vacant positions across the organization. This role is essential to ensuring we build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain the efficiency of our recruitment processes. You will work closely with senior recruitment staff to ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment databases
Screening resumes and application materials to shortlist candidates who meet job requirements and competency criteria
Conducting initial telephone or video interviews with candidates to assess suitability and gather preliminary information
Coordinating interview schedules and logistics between candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data
Posting vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms
Support on background checks and reference verification for selected candidates
Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including correspondence, data entry, and documentation
Assisting with recruitment and organization-related events
Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and equal employment opportunity guidelines
College diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Previous experience in a recruitment, human resources, or customer-facing administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates at all levels
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the Philippines
Excellent time management and ability to meet recruitment deadlines
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
