Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join Recruitment Department. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews)
• Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking records and recruitment databases
• Assist with onboarding requirements and pre-employment documentation
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
