Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee human resources functions at our Bacoor City Cavite office. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead a team of HR professionals and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR supervisory role or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Philippines HR policies and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop HR professionals.
• Experience in HR data analysis and reporting to drive decisions.
• Understanding of Philippine labor regulations and compliance.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
