Job summary

You will supervise compensation, employment, records, labor relations, safety, and performance initiatives while aligning policies with company objectives and ISO/FSMS requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: College graduate of BS or AB Psychology, Behavioral Science or related course.
• Experience: At least 3 years in various HR functions; supervisory experience of at least 1 year.
• Training: Basic personnel development training; manufacturing familiarity and ISO/FSMS exposure is a plus.
• Special Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; good multitasking, deadline-driven, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement personnel policies; direct HR department activities.
• Approve administrative and HR manuals/circulars and related documents.
• Oversee compensation, training, employment, benefits, records, and labor relations.
