Job summary

Polyhose is seeking an HR Generalist to handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities within its Negros Occidental operations. The role emphasizes compliance, records management, and coordination with department heads to meet HR requirements.

The successful candidate will maintain training records, support audits, performance management, and welfare initiatives while ensuring policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower hiring activities.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
• Coordinate and maintain Training & Development activities, including TNI, training matrices, and training records.
• Plan and organize employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Handle day-to-day HR generalist and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, appraisal, and exit-related documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads and employees for various HR requirements.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and statutory/compliance-related documentation.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain competency matrices, skill matrices, and training effectiveness records.
• Support and coordinate IATF, internal, external, customer, and other system audits.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate contractual and statutory audits.
• Address and handle female employees’ concerns.
