Job summary

Private Advertiser, a start-up manufacturing company in Laguna, Philippines, seeks an hands-on HR Senior Staff to manage HR functions, government compliance, PEZA documentation, and admin operations.

Your role covers recruitment, payroll-related tasks, records management, PEZA reporting, and procurement support as the business scales. Immediate start preferred for a multi-functional contributor in a growing team.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR, administration, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with PEZA compliance, LLDA permits, procurement, or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a startup.
• Willing to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, timekeeping, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
• Coordinate with government agencies regarding employee-related requirements and company compliance.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare PEZA reports (EZMPR, ACMS, FIRMS) and related filings.
• Assist with renewal and processing of the PEZA VAT Zero-Rating Certificate.
• Coordinate with PEZA officers on reportorial and compliance matters.
• Process and monitor LLDA permits and related environmental requirements.
• Monitor monthly company expenses including rent and utilities.
• Assist with procurement, supplier coordination and purchasing.
• Handle logistics coordination and related documentation.
• Perform other HR, administrative, and compliance tasks as needed.
