Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping and employee records management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies & procedures in alignment with company strategy.
• Provide performance management guidance (coaching, disciplinary actions).
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s premises & facilities.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities regarding licenses, permits, registrations, and other compliance requirements.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports to drive business decisions.
