Job summary

The Private Advertiser is seeking an HR Officer to implement and administer human resource policies across branches, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and alignment of performance with objectives.

You will handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll inputs with Accounting, attendance monitoring, and records administration, while maintaining confidentiality and high integrity in all HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 2 years HR experience, especially recruitment and employee relations.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
• Prepare job descriptions and recruitment requirements.
• Screen applications and conduct initial assessments.
• Maintain confidential personnel files.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and undertime.
• Handle disciplinary documents per labor laws.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with Accounting.
• Address employee concerns and workplace conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements.
• Standardize HR forms and documentation across branches.
