Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented person to handle PEZA documentation and related processes at Laguna Technopark, Biñan, Laguna. The role includes preparing e-ZTD/LOA documents, coordinating with PEZA offices, customers, and internal teams, and ensuring accuracy and timely submission of filings.

The candidate should be a college graduate with related field experience, possess good communication and organizational skills, and be willing to travel to PEZA offices as needed.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably with degree in Business Administration, Custom Administration or related field.
• Experience in PEZA documentation, import/export processing, logistics or customs-related transactions is an advantage.
• Familiar with PEZA regulations, e-ZTD processing and other documentation procedures is an advantage.
• With good communication, organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Trustworthy, responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Biñan, Laguna.
• Knowledge in driving and possession of a valid driver's license are an advantage.
• Applicants with their own motorcycle are preferred but not required.
• Willing to travel to PEZA offices and other designated locations as needed.
• Flexible, dependable and capable of handling time-sensitive documentation and delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare PEZA-related documents, including Electronic Zone Transfer Documents (e-ZTD), Letters of Authority (LOA) and other required permits and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with PEZA offices, customers, suppliers and internal departments regarding shipment and delivery requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and validity of all PEZA documents before processing and delivery.
• Monitor the status of PEZA transactions and ensure timely submission and completion of required documentation.
• Facilitate the delivery and submission of documents to PEZA offices and other designated locations, as required.
• Maintain proper records and filing of PEZA-related documents and transactions.
