Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or other HR-related functions
• Strong presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience in training facilitation, instructional design, employee engagement, and organizational development is an advantage
