Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA major in HRD, or related field.
• Experience in Employee Engagement, Training, or facilitating events is an advantage.
• Can work with less supervision and has good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and good scholastic record.

• Leads in designing, planning, and executing strategic employee engagement activities that foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture;
• Planning of community engagement efforts to promote the Family Welfare Program;
• Planning, creating, and scheduling social media content for internal & external platform.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, BSBA major in Human Resource Development, or any related course;
• Work experience related in Employee Engagement, Training, or Facilitating events is an advantage;
• Can work with less supervision;
