Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage payroll, compensation, and benefits for a growing organization in the Philippines. The role oversees timekeeping, regulatory compliance, and HR operations, ensuring accurate processing and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in HR with 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations, plus 3+ years in supervision or people management, and strong proficiency in HRIS and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll and compensation administration.
• Oversee employee benefits, HMO, insurance, leaves, and government-mandated programs.
• Ensure compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and labor regulations.
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and HR operational processes.
• Generate HR, payroll, and compensation reports and analytics.
• Coordinate with Finance, vendors, and government agencies.
• Drive process improvements and HRIS enhancements.
