Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a senior HR Operations leader to oversee payroll, benefits, and HR service delivery. You will lead an HR contact center, drive SLAs, and ensure compliance with Philippine regulations while safeguarding data integrity across HRIS.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in high-volume HR environments, strong payroll governance, and the ability to build a service-oriented, compliant team that partners with Finance and Legal.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in HR Operations, including payroll and benefits
At least 8–10 years in a leadership role managing HR or shared services teams
Strong expertise in payroll processing, reconciliation, and benefits administration
In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
Experience in structured or high-volume environments

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the HR Contact Center and service delivery with defined SLAs.
Ensure payroll processing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
Maintain HR knowledge management, policies, and documentation controls.
Maintain data integrity and governance of employee master data with HRIS.
Lead HR Operations team, drive performance and development.
