Job summary

Digital Edge Data Center is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR and talent acquisition activities in the Philippines. You will handle onboarding, contracts, benefits administration, HR data maintenance in HRIS, and basic employee relations.

You will coordinate interviews, assist with offers, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws. Strong organizational skills and discretion are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as HR Generalist/HR operations/HR administration.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and DOLE requirements.
• Experience in payroll processes and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; fluent in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR and Talent Acquisition activities in the country and ensure core HR processes run smoothly.
• Prepare employment documents, contracts, letters, and certificates using templates.
• Maintain accurate HR data in SuccessFactors and personnel files; coordinate benefits.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment materials; assist with offers.
• Ensure HR system reports are up to date and hiring status is communicated.
• Handle basic employee relations and assist HRBP on more complex matters.
