Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking a qualified HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws. You will maintain HR records in the HRIS, coordinate benefits and performance processes, and collaborate with teams on HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day HR operations and processes.
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
