• Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries and process HR transactions within SLA.
• Support onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks, work pass admin and record maintenance.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects and HR Shared Services coverage.
